Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from when the order is successfully delivered. As stated in our terms and conditions (which can be found further down on this page), we accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is broken

  • The product does not match the description

  • The product is the wrong size

  • The purchaser changed their mind

  • The product does not meet the purchaser's expectations

To initiate the return and refund process, you must use the returns form accessible by clicking the button below.

You should receive a reply within 3 working days containing instructions on how to return the product (our reply time will not affect your eligibility to return the product, as the return process will be initiated the moment we receive your return request). Returns should be made via mail. Do not post your goods before submitting a return request or receiving instructions from us, otherwise we will not be able to acknowledge the return.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will send a refund to the payment method that was used to purchase the goods and will inform you of this via email/text message. The refund should arrive within 10 working days.

We will refund the total amout you paid for the product (excluding the shipping costs) and pay for the return postage.​ If you do not possess a printer or have no means of printing the postage label that we will send to you for returning the goods, please let us know in the "Additional comments" box on the Returns Request form.
